Looking to start renovating a 100 year old farmhouse. Probably after the first of the year. Located near La Vernia. Emphasis on "renovation" not necessarily "restoration". We may attempt to keep some of the original finishes and materials, but a lot of the interior will be gutted due to its poor condition.
Any recommendations on a good contractor are appreciated. We aren't looking to for high-end, high-dollar work, just don't want a random guy who will do a terrible job.
