Just moved to New Braunfels and have really enjoyed Wurstfest and last nights Wassailfest.

What are some other cool small town holiday festivals that you'd recommend?

Honestly you are already in the best place for these things.

Gruene Town Lighting is fun! Looks like it was last weekend but I'm not sure. I think the Gruene Market Days are this weekend. Weather is pretty nasty but would still be fun.

Not really a festival but the lights in Johnson City is always impressive.

It's unreal! It's lit up like daytime under that canopy of trees.

The hill country trail of lights is worth an evening drive.

And I don't know if they still do it but there used to be a living nativity in Burnett that is supposed to be really neat.

Not festivals but If you have kids, lone star light show is good on North Side of lake. And the CRRC N Pole Village is cheesy/simple but kids like it.

It's Burnet & yes the living nativity is the big Christmas thing here. Marble Falls has Walkway of Lights & ice skating.

Damn it. I know that. Pretty sure that auto-corrected. I have a contact saved in my phone spelled with two T's. I just missed it.
