I have a small microschool in San Antonio. We are launching a new site in schertz / Windcrest area. Our facility looks to be falling through. We are in need of a year long lease for that could hold 40ish students.

Nothing comes to mind, although I know plenty of real estate folks. I assume you have a realtor or real estate broker out looking for space for you? If not, that would be worth considering as they have the best knowledge of the inventory.

What type of school are we talking about? Are these young students? Is it a post-graduate type of thing?
