He may be a POS, but he still has his rights.

Even though I think less of him for doing this to Kyle's widow and estate, I can see why he'd want the case to go to court. It wouldn't be the first time Kyle fabricated a story to make himself look better.

Google "Chris Kyle gas station shooting". Very suspicious that there's no witnesses, video, crime scene reports, autopsy reports, death certificates, etc. He mentioned it in "American Sniper" but made no mention of it in "American Gun".

Marauder. He knocked Jesse Ventura on his ass at that bar. That story is not exaggerated. Jesse is a POS, who got his ass whooped for a good reason and can't get over it.

I eagerly await the specific, fact-based information you have in your possession to prove that he did indeed knock Jesse Ventura on his ass. So far, there haven't been a lot of witnesses to that incident either. It's pretty clear that the story about the gas station hold-up is fiction. It wouldn't be surprising to see that the Ventura story is fiction as well. It sure helps sell his books, though.

There were plenty of witnesses. It happened at a bar called "Danny's" in San Diego.
