Hey brother, and the rest of you...thank you much. Says much more about the Soldiers with whom I've worked than it says about me, but I feel very fortunate to have made the cut.

The promotion rate was far below the "norm". Between the O5 boards and the OSB, I can only hope it normalizes (back to 70% of available) by the time I hit my PZ look.
That was the word I saw distributed by the G1 about next year...between this year's board, and LTC Selective Early Retirement Board going two years in a row, one would hope that this normalizes to what you are talking about.
