My friend and colleague, LCDR Otis Vincent "Vince" Tolbert, died in Pentagon attack.
The Joint Intelligence Operations Center at CENTCOM, MacDill AFB, FL is named in his memory. Vince had recently transferred to the Pentagon from CENTCOM when the attack happened.
