Anyone have a decent briefing for AR670? I have to give one.

["Wear and Appearance of the Uniform". I recommend DA PAM 670-1, but use AR 670-1 if needed. Please focus on our normal duty uniforms (ACU and ASU) and common issues, to include hair, moustaches, etc.]

What do y'all have?

A demo on properly rolling sleeves

Rolling camo side out will never look good. Plus, this new uniform was never designed to have the sleeves rolled. You lose the pen holder and the use of the arm pockets, and the thick Velcro patches will not allow you to roll your sleeve high enough. I think the only dimwits who wanted this was the young Soldiers who never rolled their sleeves before and therefore didn't realize it sucked.

Sleeves rolled is idiotic IMHO. Not sure why SMA listened to the joes on that one.

However I wish more commanders would allow us to de-blouse during certain times when working in ridiculous heat. Several stories of WTF on this
