It was pretty good but I am am going to have to reread Task Force Dagger. There seem to be some differences between book and movie.

.....anyone else see it?

I have heard a review from former team member who knows all the participants. Said it was a good movie. I'll take his word as gospel.

I read the Horse Soldiers in anticipation of the movie and was disappointed that the movie ended with their arrival at Mazar I Sharif. I thought the battle at the Qal I Janghi would be a great story to see.

I was thinking the same thing. I guess it was easier to film the battle in the valley than to recreate the battle at Mazer.

Can one tell the tales of Task Force Dagger without changing the circumstances of who was involved?
