I was executive officer of B Battery, 2nd Battalion, 4th Artillery (105mm), 9th Infantry Division. At high noon we fired a 50 gun salute with HE to celebrate Independence Day.

Nothing like spreading democracy 105mm at a time overseas.

We only got to shoot illum for the 4th and NYE.
