If anyone is serving in a unit with one of these mentally challenged persons, please report back if they are now grooming and dressing correctly to match their birth gender, or what the plan is for these people. Inquiring minds and retirees want to know.

There will be a lot to unpack for DOD on this. Fixing DEERS, ending medical treatments covered by Tricare, redoing PT tests… it's going to take time, and nothing will happen until DOD drafts policy on how to implement it.
