I had an old Animal Science Professor when I was in undergrad at Tarleton by the name of Joe Cadle (Joseph M. Cadle, Jr., I think). He was reportedly a veteran Army Ranger. He passed away a few years ago, but I think he was born around 1948 +/- 1 yr, based on his age.

Just started thinking about him and thought it would be interesting to find out more about his service. He didn't really talk about it much during class or even during office hours.

TIA for any help you can provide.

If you know his exact unit a lot of old Ranger units have Facebook pages where they post about deceased members.

He is still listed as retired with an active TAMU email account.

My quick internet searches indicate that he is 76 and lives in Stephenville, TX.
