The HH G2G Rye is worth picking up at MSRP but I have a hard time supporting places like this.

Got it for $200 without hesitation last time I bought it.

First time to Bourbon Trail visiting HH in '17, doing a tasting and the guide got a little tipsy and went and grabbed a bottle of EC 18. With a very heavy hand he damn near filled the glencairn and spilled all over my hand. Became a fan and grab it when I see it (when the price is normal).

Found a place that had EC 18 pours. Not a fan. Doesn't have the typical bourbon flavor profile notes I normally care for. I'm sure some people like it, but I think I will save my $200 for other equally frivolous purchases.

I did have the HH Grain to Glass flight at the HH restaurant, including the straight bourbon, wheated and rye. Enjoyed all 3 of those.

Nice. That could bring your tasting day to an earlier end than planned.

TW Galleria still has WFP. Kind of surprised they do almost 6 hours after open.

Really like how that location now decided to do the allocated bottles. It's likely a result of the psycho chasers phasing out and the distilleries finally catching up on producing more to match demand, and even though my favorite person there would always tell me if they got something in, I was never a dbag chaser who would walk in asking all the time. Whatever is on the shelf is good for me.

Makes days like today nice to walk in and grab a bottle of EHT and move along. How it used to be 15 years ago before it all got *******ized.

First time ever in Lubbock the last couple days. ECBP A125 for $67. Got 2 bottles. Just cracked one open. Wish I had listened to my wife and got another bottle or 2. I don't see it here in the Tine. Although I don't shop much anymore either.

Nice pickups! The Bardstown is really good and EH Taylor small batch always hits the spot. I actually enjoy the ER (as well as Weller 12) as a summer pour due to the lower proof but with lots of flavor.
