Me too, I have one from last year that's on it's last couple pours that I have been nursing for the last 3 months. I don't think I have had another rye that has that flavor profile.

M10R is my favorite as well. The shelfer isn't the same, but similar enough and easy to get. I usually stick to that to make the 10 year last longer.

Both excellent. I'll be sad when my '22 is gone. I had it last night with 23C batch and the 22 was better. Normally I wouldn't buy into the batch hype, but the 23 H is next level. Looking forward to trying the '24 next week when I get it.

It may have changed, but they used to drill a little hole in barrels and let you try it right there in the rickhouse too. Like you try a few things and then go back to the old barrel room and choose your barrels there.
