Caramelized Fig Syrup. So far I have made their "Bay of Figs" Rum cocktail, their Fig Manhattan with Old Forester Rye , Doulin Rouge Vermouth, Walnut Bitters and a Luxardo Cherry and an Old Fashioned replacing the Demerara syrup I usually use. All of them have been very good winter cocktails. The Manhattan reminds me of the dark Karo pecan pies my great grandma made during the holidays.

Thanks for the compliment. I do nerd out on cocktails for sure. I bought the toolbox (along with a blue Astros one I keep in my office) at a silent auction at the last charity golf tournament I played.

Started the night with a banging Sazerac made with cranberry syrup and then moved onto a Blackberry Sour with Early Times as the base spirit.

Those guys have dramatically changed their bottles. Wow!

Their orgeat is great for mai tai's
