It's not really difficult, just time consuming. Are you doing the whole tenderloin or just the Chateaubriand?

Here is a good recipe that would be close to what I would do. If you really wanted to go full baller, make the puff pastry homemade.

I'll buy cuts not the whole tenderloin. And I don't plan on making homemade puff pastry.

I make it about every third Christmas. The last time I modified it so each person received their own "package" as opposed to cutting the long breaded roll. This allowed me to have some that were above medium-rare for wife & sister-in-law.
