If I like to put oyster sauce or hoisin sauce on my stir fry, am I going to screw up my black stone by putting that stuff on it? I usually cook this in a wok and not on the flat top. Thanks.

I use both in my seasoned carbon steel pans and have no problem with it affecting the seasoning. With that said I don't own a flat top so I can't speak specifically to that.

Not if your flat top is seasoned, and probably even it is not. I did stir fry over the weekend and added both to mine. Just a quick wipe down afterwards and it was fine.

Might want to watch the temp as those sauces might burn a bit.
