My wife and I have been living in a much too small apartment in DC, and now we are finally moving out of the city and have bought a house. One of the many great excitements for me is of course the chance to finally have my own grill rather than a shared one.

What are your expert recommendations for a new propane grill? Is a $1,000 budget fair or should I allocate a bit more?

+1 for Weber Genesis. Got mine a couple of years ago from Amazon. Free shipping with Amazon Prime. Mine was delivered a day later than scheduled and Amazon refunded $100 off the purchase price.

My Genesis has been going for about a decade now, get a Weber.

Just replaced my Genesis from 2002 that was still working great.

Based on everything I've read I think the Genesis e-335 is the one for me. Thanks for the input

You'll love it for years to come. Always keep a cover on it when not using and you'll get several years of great meals from it.

You can never go won't with Weber. Genesis series is top notch.

My Weber is 14 years old. I replaced the flavorizer bars once but due for another. Great grill!
