I've been watching Taco Chronicles on Netflix, and just discovered Volume 2, Episode 6 is.... Birria!
And their's looks WAAAAAAAAY better than what mine did.
Also, they don't do the quesadilla thing, it's basically just ... goat tacos.
Great show though.
