Never heard of Calloo until now. After looking it up, I'd probably say start by purchasing some seeds for your garden. No clue how your would even source that

There's apparently close versions with kale or collards greens. I'm gonna try a couple of international and caribbean markets.

Or just go back to NOLA.

14 Parishes. Little place at the Pythian market in the CBD. I emailed them thru the website asking if they share or publish recipes. Even asked if they'd ship. No answer yet.
