I made some of Alton Brown's Eggnog in December and stored away in the fridge. Our refrigerator went about 12 hours w/out power at its longest break (previously only an hour or two at a time until then), but was opened occasionally to pull items out for use.
Should I be concerned, or is there enough alcohol in there to protect a short-term gentle rise in temp?
