Anybody have favorite tongs or any other utensils? We've just had most of ours for a long time and it's time to cycle in some new stuff.

Edlund 40 series HD stainless locking tongs. 9,12,and 16" lengths. I get them from ace mart. Great locking mechanism and very rigid and stout. Unbelievably inexpensive from them. Get em on line.

A microplane zester is great. I think they used to have a patent, but it expired so I think you can get ones as good as the brand name but I don't own any so can't recommend them.

These are great. I love that they are all graduated so you can measure out two tablespoons or whatever.
