Knife in peanut butter, 1/4" thick on bread. Spoon in jelly, swirl around to get a smoother less clumpy consistency, then put on peanut butter side so as not to mash the bread.
All crunchy peanut butter sucks. All natural, organic Prius driving PB sucks too. Reeses or Jif is perfect.
Best jellies are
1. Guava
2. Grape
3. Apple
4. Strawberry
5. Blackberry

Tried it yesterday. It was good, but I wouldn't call it life-changing.Ag_07 said:

Clearly, reading comprehension and / or thoroughness are not your best traits.RustyBoltz said:
Am I the only one that puts peanut butter on both slices of bread? One side gets a thicker layer and a ridge around the perimeter. I use a spoon to scoop jam into the middle, pressing it around with the back of the spoon and then assemble. The layers of PB prevents seepage through the bread and encapsulates the jam.

Sorry, I skipped the book about gourmet grilled PB. If I'm getting out a skillet, I'm making more than PB&J.BusterAg said:Clearly, reading comprehension and / or thoroughness are not your best traits.RustyBoltz said:

The best jelly/jam/preserves that has ever touched my lips is:

Contemplating breading that with bisquick batter, deep-frying it, and selling it at the next Houston Rodeo.Tanya 93 said:RustyBoltz said:Sorry, I skipped the book about gourmet grilled PB. Grilled pb, nutella, and marshmallow fluff sandwich is an awesome dessert for a special treat.
