Watch all the time. Good food and seems like a great guy.

My dad booked a slot in his chuck wagon cooking school for he and I to attend last year, but then a lot of people started getting sick and so they cancelled it to be safe.

Yeah, I'm subscribed. Haven't cooked anything of his but enjoy the channel. May try one of his rib roast recipes during the holidays later this year.

I also enjoy Sam the Cooking Guy and have tried a few of his recipes

Just watched a ton of his videos after reading the thread. What a fun guy! I love his happy dance.

His recipes and methods aren't too earth shattering but he executes them well. Clearly a guy who's had lots and lots of hours manning the grill.

I have a couple of his cookbooks. His recipes are pretty accessible; as you might imagine, you don't need a lot of ingredients and fancy stuff. But everything I've tried has been really good.
