Howdy - developing a few mixed-use sites in the Stephenville, TX market and curious to see if there is Chef/Restauranteur on here who is looking to expand concepts in this market or knows someone who does ? Building is a historic building with lots of daily traffic flow and exposure. Looking for a fresh rotating menu concept, would serve brunch, lunch, dinner. Not a fast-food concept for this anchor.
