I'm rolling over laughing here.

If the 1956 in the username is accurate, I think I can translate. He's having trouble cooking with the fire disc. He then explained what it was for those who don't know.

OP, what are you trying to cook that you're having trouble with? Cook any stir fry, scrambled eggs and bacon, etc. just like you would with a wok.

I have no idea what the question is but I am going to bet money the issue is that you Havnt seasoned it properly yet.

That or you're burning food.
So either season it better or turn down the heat.
