I'm gonna smoke a brisket for the family for Easter. I haven't bought one in months. I have never bought one more than a day or two before smoking it. Should I be concerned about availability? Should I buy now and freeze? Am I worried about nothing?

As long as it has a good vacuum seal, you should have nothing to worry about. Vacuum sealed boneless beef can last for months if it's kept cold.

Will Jesus love me more if I make spaghetti and meatballs with the ground lamb from my local grocery store? I wasn't really involved in the "sacrifice" process, so maybe the butcher will get the love, but its ground, so I may be eating more than one lamb, so maybe I'll get extra love.

Well I don't know if this is better or worse but we are going to eat this brisket on Saturday. I don't like lamb so it'll probably be beef again on Sunday

Also, Kroger has them on sale this week if you don't have a Costco. $3.99 per lb for choice.

That's $1 per lb more than what they were on sale for before Marxist Joe took office and ruined the economy.

You shouldn't need to freeze it for Easter. I sometimes let mine wet age for a few weeks before I smoke it. They seem to turn out better too.
