The book isn't all about China. Its more Eastern vs Western diet. But yes, there is some interesting data from that end as well.

Probably best to land somewhere in between. Eat your veggies, but enjoy some red meat in moderation.

Between my parent's side and our side we got almost 700 pounds. If I remember right the animal was pushing 1200 pounds will have to see if I can find it in the emails.

Eta we used Beaty Cattle Company in De Leon. Thompsons in Comanche did the processing.

I didn't specify. The ground beef from my parent's side from last year cooked like 85 15 or 90 10
