Any recommendations?

Great food town.

Merchants - sit upstairs, eat tallow tots
Black Rabbit - best bread I've ever had in my life
Husk - country ham appetizer, shrimp and grits
Monell's - eat family style with a table full of strangers, great meal, you'll need a nap afterward

I really enjoyed Husk, Monell's, and Rolf and Daughters. I would try some hot chicken too.

I had maybe the best chilaquiles I've had at a place called Mas Tacos Por Favor. I think it was weekend only until gone, fyi.

There is a Husk in Savannah. Same ownership.

Just got back, Merchants was excellent, I would recommend it. Get their Old Fashioned while you're there.

Sixty Vines is a nice brunch vibe.

Skull's is a "unique" place on the weekends late in the evening.

Ate at Adele's last time we were there. Really good meal

We have reservations next weekend for Merchant's as well as Kayne Prime.

Both are fantastic.

We considered Skulls but figured our KP dinner was enough high-end dining for 1 trip.

There's also a food hall across from the Ryman that is similar to Legacy Food Hall in Plano (if you're familiar). no surprise it is the same company.

We'll probably stop there one day and grab a few different things since both Prince's Hot Chicken and Pharmacy Burger have spots.

Stay away from Jimmy Kelly's, it may have been good back in the day, but the steak and sides need improvement. The bar service is a serious contender, but the food was meh.
