The wife is hosting her 12 person bunko group next Thursday. Being the cook in the family, I am going to make the desserts.

One will be Mississippi Mud Pie.

Looking for ideas on a good non chocolate one as an alternative.

How about white chocolate? A white chocolate strawberry cake with whipped cream frosting is a hit with my wifes group. Apparently goes well with a chilled wine like Chardonnay or Rose.

Or, coconut cream bars/cake.

My favorite is lemon icebox pie. Basically fresh lemon juice, cream cheese, and condensed milk. Just mix it up and pour it in a homemade graham cracker crust and freeze overnight. It tastes great and is very easy. You can dress it up with lemon wedges or lemon zest. It should be easy to find a recipe online.
