Looking for recipes for homemade cajun or Louisiana style seasoning for an upcoming crawfish boil. I live overseas so shipping from the US will take too long. I've got access to standard ingredients but anything branded (Old bay, Zatarain's, etc.) will be much harder to come by. Thanks!

I have always used Louisiana Crawfish Shrimp and Crab Boil. Very easy to find.

Edit: Sorry, read your post wrong. I am of no help.

When is this crawfish boil? It's not crawfish season.

Or do y'all have crawfish elsewhere with a different season?

2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes or cayenne (You can add more if you like it hot)
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon oregano

I am making this up, but I would use 4 lbs salt and then 3 cups each cayenne, onion powder and garlic powder for one sack of 35lbs of crawfish, 2/3 full 120qt pot
