One of the specific dishes I crave now that I'm away from Houston is the chicken hara masala from Himalaya. Does anyone have a recipe that may be close-ish? Everything I've seen online doesnt quite look right.

I've never had this, but NYT is usually pretty solid, and the second one seems like it might be good regardless if it's actually what you're looking for.
