Any of yall have a maritime-style chow chow recipe? It's typically just green tomatoes and onion I think. No idea on proportions etc.

I was able to track down the family recipe and it's very similar to that one. Got 12 pints in the water bath now.

Paternal Grandparents Rattler lived out around Reliance and had two big gardens and they sold produce at the market in Bryan. Grandma Rattler would make chow chow , can it and sell it also. She would use green tomatoes, cabbage, corn, red and green peppers, onions, squash. I wish I had her recipe.

Try this one. Just swap out the cauliflower for squash. The seasonings is what makes this one.
