Over the years I've done pretty well at Christmas when it comes to getting some splurge items for cooking purposes.

Years ago my wife bought me a Joule sous-vide want, last year I scored a Meater thermometer, etc.

This year's score was MannKitchen Pepper Cannon. This thing is freaking nuts!

My mom got me a 7qt lodge dutch oven w/a handle. it'll be used primarily for smoking chili, sloppy joes, etc.

Got a 5 quart cuisineart enameled Dutch oven, a big basalt molcajete, and meat grinder attachment for my kitchen aide (hate pulling the Lem for small batches) for Xmas. Excellent score. Bought ANOVa chamber vac for Black Friday with promo I saw on here. Works great.
