I think it depends on whether or not you store it/drink it out of a shoe.

i think i may try it anyways and see if I end up riding the porcelain throne.

i mean... i will be putting it in hot black coffee, so....

9 months unrefridgerated is safe in my experience. I always seem to be finishing the bottle of bailey's in the liquor cabinet from the previous football season each labor day.

But I pile on about half a litre of makers on top in the following hours so who knows.
