Have y'all transitioned to scratch cooking after the pandemic? Supposedly take out orders are up after Covid. Hard to believe.

If you haven't made the transition, start by making your own mustard, mayo, salsa and ketchup. You will never go back. The cookbook Nourishing Traditions will give you a great start to scratch cooking. Azure Standard will get your pantry stocked for this purpose. I lost 40 pounds after I started growing and raising our food and cooking from scratch. I should have done this a long time ago but it's never too late.

Have never done mustard as it's a bit involved.

But eating non-processed / no preservative packed food isn't as hard as it sounds.

I've already gone through one quart of them and thought about keeping the liquid and rejarring and relabeling to sell as a KY subsitute........iykwimaityd
