I LOVE tomato and onion sandwiches, or at least I used to when you could get good acidie tomatoes. Cannot find a tomato with that old tomato taste anymore!! Wish I could grow some but unfortunately cannot. All I can say is try some onion with yours!

Same. Well, bacon and lettuce plus grilled chicken (or smoked turkey), jack cheese, & avocado.

While in Savannah I had a fried green tomato sandwich with boursin cheese, bacon, micro greens and red pepper chutney. It was heavenly!
