Just got back from South Dakota and wife and I found some great dive bars in some small towns all around Deadwood. I'm talking about places where the bartender is also the cook and they use your same glass for mixed drink refills. Very nice people and a lot cheaper than food and drinks in the DFW area. So what are some places we should check out in Texas and don't say the Chicken!!

My two favorite dives in Houston were West Alabama Ice House and Grand Prize. Probably because they were walking distance from my house. I miss them both
