Seems like a legit operation to preserve historic varieties and create a great tasting product. Curious if anyone has tried their products before?

I've bought Carolina Gold rice and followed this recipe. It's great. I'll admit that I have not tried this recipe on other rice grains more readily available, so I'm not sure how the method would impact texture/taste of those in comparison to the AM grains. I don't keep the rice on hand, but it's always tasted great and delivered on texture/feel. Taste always has a nuttier flavor than I see on other grains.

I've had the rice mentioned above, and it was very good. Most of the products I've gotten from them have been very good, albeit expensive.

Yeah shipping costs kinda suck. I've noticed whether I'm buying 1 product or 6 products that my shipping costs didn't change when I was tinkering around on their website. Never hit purchase though
