Tbh, something at a tenth of the scale could probably turn out alright (hard maybe) if planned and prepared properly but the output of the method in the video is going to be garbage. Unless its JUST for kids. Kids don't matter.

Watch his other videos when you have time -- he does a lot of the disgusting casseroles that people feel a need to post, but also gives credit where due on nice-looking food.

He also admits that he is a pig who will eat most anything, so he often ends with "Zero out of Ten, would try because I'm gross".

The Gauchos Nachos at Valentina's BBQ are fantastic. Not on the menu but one of those off menu items you can request.
