Anyone ever made Hot Chocolate for 300 or more people? Looking at how in the heck to do it. Guessing I'll have to get some 5 gallon cambro drink dispensers but wondering mostly on how the heck to make gigantic batches like that.

Do that, and you'll need some big pots to heat the water. If you're looking for something to scale up, I'd start here, but omit the browning of the milk powder in the oven. https://altonbrown.com/recipes/hot-cocoa-mix/
