And taking me back to my childhood there's a kid friendly spot near us surrounded by a few restaurants. One has a pretty damn good fried bologna sandwich.

I still do a fried bologna sandwich on occasion, probably always will. Oscar Meyer here though, because if I'm going poor folk reminiscing, I'm doing it right.

I don't have any pictures of ones I've made, but yes I always smoke on low to heat through first while slathering with BBQ sauce. Once I hit about 185-190, I'll slice into 1" slices per serving and eat it on a buttered and toasted brioche bun. Bottom bun, pickles, bologna, coleslaw, top bun. Memphis Peacemaker
