Have emails been sent to Austin-area yet? I haven't seen one, and I'm beginning to wonder if I hit "submit " on the form…
Since the release is in Austin, we tend to *not* have the mule collect all the money. We just let everyone know the release date at OLC and then you swing by and get it and pay OLC directly.

Out of my need to always have a project of some sort, I've been working on a basic Texags Whiskey Club website. Mostly planning for it to be a reference for active, coming, and past picks. I'm not opposed to adding a mailing list signup for future pick info and "in" threads if that is something we think is worth it.

I just hope it won't take away from interaction on the actual board. That's part of the fun of it.
Feel the same way. As I said, just a reference since we all tend to forget which bottles we have coming and going...and I was bored. Email reminder would potentially push more people to the board, not all are as consistently around as some of us.
