Anyone have a good chicken chili recipe?

Doing a chili cookoff for work and I won it last year doing traditional beef chili, but I want to change it up and give someone else a chance.

Any help?

Seriously though I've made it a couple of times and just substituted chicken meat and stock for the beef in my tegular chili recipe. To me it's on par with beef chili. Even MZ R likes it
