Has anyone ever made any?

I use this stevia, which is only stevia (no erythitrol or any other chemicals). I use less than 1 tsp for a full gallon of decaf tea).

So, it's not like a regular baking stevia. I was thinking of experimenting with making jelly - and using the no-sugar needed pectin.

Thoughts?
I know a lot about a little, and a little about a lot.
