Does anyone own a dry aging cabinet they would recommend?

Considering getting into dry aging my own beef but there are a lot of options and pricing seems to be all over the place.

I asked my buddy who is a highly regarded chef and he sent me this as an unvetted option that he wants to try himself:

Then he sent these:

$7,000 for a dry aging cabinet. Holy smokes! You can get a used refrigerator and a fan for less than $200. You can add a humidity controller and a humidifier for another $75. The idea of getting a CELR-12 has crossed my mind.

That's the route I would take. I've thought about it in the past but then I got lazy.

A spare frig, a ceramic heat lamp, a computer fan, a humidifier and a dehumidifier and one each of these Inkbird controllers and your set... make dry age beef, salamis, prosciutto, sausages, summer sausage, bologna, bacon. You can hook up a smoker to it also.

Yeah was not looking for a 8000 cabinet. I don't have BSD's budget!

"I'd like to put a humidifier and dehumidifier in a room and watch them fight it out" -Steven Wright.
