I am supposed to enter a chowder cook off this weekend. Anyone got a banger chowder recipe they want to share? I don't care what kind of chowder. Last year I made a sweet potato crawfish chowder that tasted good but didn't win. I was thinking about doing it again and refining my technique but wanted to see if the F&S board had any recommendations.
