If you're looking for an early Valentine's Day date night, Chef's House in Roanoke is doing a local 5-course wine pairing dinner this Wednesday, featuring a local North Texas winery, Arche!
Some of the courses will feature things like white truffle polenta with toasted herb butter squab, a seafood cake, and filet mignon! Some of the featured wines are estate grown Chardonnay, Syrah, and a really fantastic Red Blend.
