changed to google dns. Home page is still 50/50

I'm still having trouble. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Time Warner.

I'm using Time Warner, and I'm able to pull up Texags on my PC now.

I have vista home not windows 7
Laptop has windows xp both are home versions I am not that able to
mess with system stuff cause if I ruin it I.am .not able to fix it.

I did that several times. I am finally on with my laptop. same time warner wifi. It gives me fits thoough. can't get the dial up messages to stop and it keep trying to work offline. I have to fight it constantly to use internet and have no idea how to get it set up right.

is there a way to clear cookies without losing everything. The message says it cleans forms and stored passwords. I don't want to lose those. But wonder if cookes are keeping my cpu from working

3GA - just change your DNS. I have XP as well so I will walk you through the steps.

click on Control Panel then Network connections



Right click on local area connection and click properties. Scroll down to internet protocol (TCP/IP)



click on it then click properties



Change the DNS to 'use the following DNS server addresses as shown in the above picture - 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and click ok.

And when I.went.back.to laptop now it won't work. I miss texags. Phone too.hard to.red and type

Since it did not help to change either , omputer no reason to think it will help ipad. Plus it be longs to school and we were told not to mess with settings. Right now I fee l that texags is gone for good. Don't und erstand why every other site on earth seems to work except the one I want I woild try re set on route r but it is on floor and I am not suppsed to bend that far post sugery for at least three more weeks

TexAgs had some DNS issues with their internet provider yesterday and fixed it (during the radio show I think). Those issues caused most service providers to have issues until they updated their DNS.

It appears your internet provider hasn't updated yet (or maybe it is your router).

One more thing to try on your computer. Down by the time you should have your wifi connection icon. Right click it and repair. That will disable the card, enable it, and obtain a new IP.

But since more people can access TexAgs (and even you on your phone), this issue doesn't appear to be on TexAgs side.

Sometimes these DNS issues just take 24-48 hours to completely clean themselves up. We had it with our company internet a few weeks ago and it was down for 2 days while all the servers around the world updated and started sending email right again.

Okay, got my home laptop working and back on texags. Now I just need to get my iPhone working where it can pull it up. I have powered it down and back up many times. Still not working. Very frustrating. Any ideas are appreciated.

Is it on your wifi at home?

Try deleting the cache, cookies, and history. (will lose saved passwords so be careful)

My cpu has wired connect to route r that is how time warner install ed it laptop wireless not going to mess.with it because very complicated password that takes forever to get right I am a texags addict and it is killing me.

I found a "debug" button on my iPhone, turned it on and it looks like my phone is fixed. I went back to my laptop and it would not pull up. I think I just changed my DSN to that 8.8.4.4 number. And I think it is working. Not real sure.

Nevermind, iphone is down again. Debug button did not fix it. What a pain in the a s s!

I am able to get on texags from my iPhone when on wifi but not on cellular data connection. Guess I just have to wait since apparently I can't change dns for the cell connection on iOS.

And then I just turned wifi off and texags works fine now on cellular data. So my solution was to turn wifi on (normally have it off) and then turn it off again. No idea why or if that will work for anyone else.

And, just like that, no texags unless I turn on wifi.

Gvtc still not working, very annoying.

finally. Full site is back. It was NOT working at two thirty this morning, but is working now.
