Can I get a 12th Man tag if I don't have stars? If so, how do I go about getting one?

Normally, I wouldn't care about having the tag. However, it might be helpful with the possible new rules/format for the Ticket Exchange.

You have to be at least a basic level subscriber to validate your 12thMan donor status.

Any chance of this changing? Not sure why I can get a giant diamond next to my name for a forum sponsor, but can't get a 12th man tag without donating (more) money.
