I've seen this issue before but never experienced it myself. I am being constantly asked to log in every time I visit a premium forum. Is this a phone issue?

Everyone will prompted to login at least once after 3:00pm due to a system upgrade. If you check "remember me", but are still repeatedly being asked to login, please post your phone and browser in this thread. I will check it out.
I'm having the same issue.

Could you follow these directions and confirm if you are prompted to login again?
Go to mobile home page
Scroll to the bottom of the page and login if you are not already
Go to the forums listing page and confirm that you are still logged in at the bottom of the page
Follow the link to the premium forum
Are you prompted to login again?
Go to mobile home page

Working fine now, I'm guessing it was an update to my mobile browser as I've had to update a few password entries to other web sites.

Cole, are you being prompted login every time you try and access a premium forum? After you login, can you go to the home page... are you still logged in at the bottom?
Same issue here on my mobile. I'm also getting the "user name or password is incorrect" message. Phone is a Samsung galaxy s2.
Although I can log in on my iPad.

So the issue is not being able to login, as opposed to being repeatedly asked to login?
before today I was asked to log in every time.
today it will not let me log in.
Once I was logged in, I could go to any forum no problem and stayed logged in. After I closed Safari and came back, it logged me out and I had to re-log back in.
Today I can't log in at all.

Cole97, I was able to login to your account from my iPhone, so I think it is a cookie issue. Could you close any pages on TexAgs, clear your cookies (sorry) and try again.
Since you were able to, I decided to try without closing...
it works fine now.
i guess it is like when you take the sick kid to the doctor...kid is no longer running a fever or acting like they feel bad..
If it happens again I'll clear the cookies.

Yes. I am being prompted to log in each time I try to access a premium forum. But I have not been able to log in since this morning. I keep getting the wrong password/user name message on every attempt. Cleared my cookies(using dolphin browser on my mobile)and restarted browser but that hasn't helped.

I moved the mobile site to new servers today (to the cloud actually) and had to rewrite some of the authentication functions. I tried to have the system first "remove" old cookies to prevent this mess, but there were some cases where that didn't occur.

MaroonWill, capitalization will count on your password, and you've got some in there.
I keep getting told my username and password are incorrect on iphone 4 using safari.

LaFours, did you try my suggestions above (to Cole)?
I just did, and still no go. I even cleared history and cookies and rebooted my phone before trying again. No luck.

Hmm, I was able to login to your account as well on my iPhone. Are you typing your password in all lower case?
Nope. Capitalizing the appropriate letters. Do you guys have any password restrictions? I could try changing my password to the same password using the forgotten password tool.
Ok, that's weird. My password has a capital letter. But just now I used all lower case letters and it worked.

ooshwa, actually no. It isn't supposed to be that way. I've had the same password for years and it does have a capital letter.

It's not showing up in our system that way, and the main site hasn't ever required correct capitalization. I'll be taking the restriction off the mobile site tomorrow regardless.
I can log into the full site on my laptop with both proper password and all lower case.

Ok, I am having this problem over and over. I have a Blackberry curve and whatever the software is on it. I have had to login repeatedly and I have been denied several times.
Today I have tried probably 10 times to login in on my mobil and it says incorrect user or password and it is the same as I use here.
